Did you get to check the pictures from my trip to Puerto Rico? (You can find them here.) If you did, you know that the Bushwacker quickly became my Puerto Rico vacation drink. It’s perfect for a beach day or as a delicious dessert drink.
It might be cold where you are at (I know it’s cold over here in Hoboken!), but it sounds like a great idea for a night in to grab a cool movie, crank up the heat and enjoy this delicious cocktail after dinner tonight. Check the recipe below.

Bushwacker Frozen Drink
2oz. Coffee Liqueur
1oz. Coconut Rum
1oz. White Creme de Cacao
1oz. Irish Cream
4oz. Coconut Cream
There are a lot of versions. This is the basic one. You can also experiment by adding about 1oz. of vodka and/or almond liqueur. Also, you can add around 4oz. of milk or my favorite… vanilla ice cream, and blend it with ice. Pour some chocolate syrup to decorate the glass, pour, add whipped cream and enjoy!
